This notice explains the website’s contact, booking and analytics services. It does not replace any separate privacy information Dr Edel provides as part of psychology or coaching services.
Optional website analytics
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 load only after you select Accept analytics. If accepted, Google Analytics may set measurement cookies and receive limited browser, device, approximate-location and page-use data. We use its reports in aggregate, with advertising storage and advertising personalisation disabled. The website records four limited actions: discovery-call clicks, Performance Blueprint booking clicks, contact-email clicks and outbound social-link clicks.
The analytics layer is not permitted to receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text, health information, diagnoses, appointment details or information entered into a booking form.
Essential website services
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse and a secured server endpoint to deliver the enquiry and acknowledgement email. The Composure Tax request uses the same protected mail service. These functions are separate from optional analytics.
Booking calendars are provided from the practice’s self-hosted Cal.com service at book.edellangan.com. Booking and appointment information is not copied into the website analytics database or reporting dashboard.
Your choice
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. You can change it at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. Declining optional analytics does not restrict site, enquiry or booking functionality.
